The location was pleasant and the staff was nice and courteous during the whole stay! Really enjoyed central heating, TV, and an electronic key card in the room.

I had a very good stay experience at Kaspia Yeddi Gozel. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The poolside view from my balcony was absolutely stunning. The staff, especially Ismail, was friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with Tufanda ski resort and the lake just a short drive away. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were courteous and supper friendly and the location was amazing in terms of residence. Plus, it was right by all locations, the waterfall and lake, and the restaurant.

Its location was marvellous, in the garden in one of the wooden banks with a "reserved " sign, and in a very nice area. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

The view from the room was amazing, with stunning scenery of the hills. The breakfast was also pretty decent, with an assortment of dishes to choose from. Two restaurants nearby were great. The pool was one of the best features, it was gigantic and incredibly clean.

The staff was pretty uninterested, they didn't go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One particular receptionist was unfriendly and didn't offer much help.

Enjoyed my new year stay. The breakfast was abundant with a variety of choices and the waiters were friendly. The pool was huge and clean, perfect for a swim any time during the day. We were welcomed with complementary drinks on arrival and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area with public transport right outside the gate.

there were some power-cuts and some staff were unfriendly and didn't seem interested in helping with information about the area. a nice place to stay but could have been better if the gym was bigger and staff had been friendlier.
